SALARY: $34.12/hr
  • Average annual earnings $100-$140K with overtime
  • 2x pay on Sundays
  • $34.12 for first 60 days then hourly rate of $34.82
  • Increased by $3 after 2 years in position

ROLE SUMMARY:
Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. Life in the brewery is non-stop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and unbelievably high quality standards. Paramount in all of this is a commitment to safety above all else and social responsibility. 99.8% of everything that enters our breweries is either completely used in the process or recycled. We also dedicate those big, high-speed lines to help our communities during times of disaster by packaging cans of emergency drinking water. Our customers expect the best and the Supply team provides it.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The position involves 12 hour shifts rotating front and back days of the week, working weekends, and working in a quality, food-processing environment
  • Responsible for process management, basic maintenance tasks, lubrication, housekeeping, and 5s routine.
  • Respond to customer department requests for assistance with Utility system optimization and/or isolation.
  • Document and respond to all activities that occur during shift of responsibility.
  • Operate Brewery Utilities systems including steam Boilers, CO2 collection, ammonia refrigeration and dehumidification, compressed air and incoming water treatment.
  • Perform boiler water and water chemical treatment.
