DigitalWill.com, a fast-growing Chicago-based tech startup, is looking for a full-time UI/UX Designer to join our product design team working from our river north office. Candidate should have a flexible and adaptable mindset to operate well in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team leads, product owners and other designers to plan and execute projects
• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Assist in wire-framing and design of websites and mobile apps
• Work with established design patterns and components and contribute to the library as needed
• Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery and conception through to design, user testing, development and deployment
• Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct secondary research such as competitor analysis, industry best practices and trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), graphic design or a related field of study (or equivalent) is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of design experience preferred
• Demonstrate deep practical knowledge of the principles of human-centered design, UX processes and methodologies
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in FIGMA visual design and wire-framing tool
• Comfortable working on projects with specific requirements and strict timelines
