Basil Family Dealerships is looking for Used Inventory Buyers to join our family-like work environment! The primary goal of this position is to work closely with the Used Car Managers to obtain a viable used car inventory. Location: Now accepting applications for all 10 locations!

Compensation: Between $40,000- $55,000 annually (based on experience and bonus)

Job Duties and qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver license.
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for acquisitions through service appointment platform
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Must be technology savvy and be proficient at using digital inventory tools to determine inventory opportunities.
• Make offer and purchase inventory from private seller
• Follow leads by using top of the line software to contact customer via phone or email, setting up appointments to view the vehicle
• Drive the vehicle, evaluate condition in person and determine items that need reconditioning
• Track all activities and identifying trends that may lead to further success.
• Professional appearance with strong work ethic
