Responsibilities - Used Car Director:

• Service get ready decisions
• Oversee all pricing and information on Internet feeds
• Buy and sell wholesale cars
• Manage lot personnel
• Oversee all vendors
• Manage all aspects of used car operations
• Appraise and oversee all appraisals
• Monitor time on lot
• Develop and oversee used car department processes
• Manage all lease returns
• Manage inventories - maintain appropriate wholesale inventory levels
• Make sure reconditioning is done correctly

Requirements - Used Car Director:

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include MVR and drug test
• A good work ethic and motivated to succeed!
• High-energy, positive, and outgoing, with strong verbal communication skills
• Must have experience managing all aspects of used car operations
• Ability to drive sales and produce results
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
