The Role
The role of the US Lead Advisor – School Improvement is to be the technical expert for the design, acquisition and delivery of school improvement projects, and the codification of evidence-based methods that underpin our delivery of client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the proposition development process, from the generation of a top-level overview and proposal development, through to approval and sign off (collation and review of existing materials, revision and updating, proposition structure – PLAY BOOK, ensuring concepts meet regulatory requirements, brief objectives, and deliverables/ongoing revision and updating).
Support the US Business Unit Director, the Business Development Director, the broader proposition business development team and the marketing team in the creation and delivery of high quality, customer insight-led and market prioritized propositions.
Collaborate with all Unit Directors to ensure Service level consistency, efficacy and efficiency.
Work with the US Business Unit Director to generate strategy plans, budgets, and monitoring processes to ensure the achievement of monthly targets and year-end goals.
Develop new product and proposition development plans and priorities based on customer insights, market intelligence and financial return.
Manage risks involved in product and proposition development and implementation by determining probability and impact of risks and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
Maintain plans, targets, schedules and budget for new product and proposition development.
Increase exposure to the CM school improvement model through ongoing research, networking, and new client generation to support the achievement of proposition targets and goals.
Contribute to regular monitoring of proposition outcomes.
Optimize the development and testing of all planned and newly created deliverables by working closely with operations and marketing teams.
Own and lead development of propositions that help meet the business unit’s medium to long term objectives.
Work effectively and collaboratively with relevant members across the business to ensure all key staff support the development of the proposition.
Plan and oversee the work of all school improvement projects, ensuring quality leadership, team contribution and implementation of services.
Support the development of school improvement focused proposal responses.
