The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care in a hospital setting. RNs work under the supervision of physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide care to patients. RNs must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Document patient care and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
• Active and unrestricted RN license

Qualifications:

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license.
• One year of experience as an RN in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and professionalism in patient care.
• Valid and active registered nurse (RN) license in the appropriate jurisdiction.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including responding to emergencies and managing patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
• Document patient care in the medical record.
• Assess patient needs and develop and implement treatment plans.
• Work independently and as part of a team to provide safe and effective patient care.
