• For the Documentation Specialist we are asking the recruiter to include the following bullet points in the posting:
• Clinical Writing Documentation Specialist = Specialist Product Development Documentation (QU/QA/PROF1/15045/004)

Under Responsibilities

• Maintain CAPA process for clinical group track open QRs, follow up on action items, assist with entry into electronic system.
• Assist in the maintenance of Trial Master Files in the clinical electronic and paper filing systems.
• Perform quality checks on submissions components to ensure compliance with Abbott and regulatory authorities' technical requirements.
• Assist with writing clinical documents, such as protocols, reports, procedures, documents, and forms
• Coordinate the writing and revisions to clinical procedures and processes.

Under Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Adobe Pro
