Job Description
  • Promote the mission of the club
  • Attend moderator meetings as needed
  • Cultivate student leadership
  • Maintain updated club information using onCampus
    • Schedule of meetings and special events
    • News and announcements
    • Materials for club members
  • Weekly after school meetings
  • Communicate with Student Activities
    • Club rosters, including any changes as they occur
    • Attendance via shared Google Sheet
    • Schedule of meeting and event dates, times, and locations
    • Names of student club leaders (including positions if applicable)
    • Two to three club goals for the year, with one of the goals being service-oriented
    • Programs, achievements, news to be shared on social media
  • Schedule of meeting and event dates, times, and locations
  • Materials for club members
  • Club rosters, including any changes as they occur
  • Collaborate with Student Activities to avoid scheduling and other potential conflicts
  • Schedule of meetings and special events
  • Programs, achievements, news to be shared on social media
  • Follow all policies and protocols as outlined in the Moderator Handbook
  • Names of student club leaders (including positions if applicable)
  • Two to three club goals for the year, with one of the goals being service-oriented
  • Participate in the Cocurricular Fair
  • News and announcements
  • Attendance via shared Google Sheet
