BCI seeks dedicated and passionate unarmed Security Officers (referred to as "Security Specialists") to serve as an integral part of the BCI security team.
On a typical day as a Security Specialist, you can expect:

• Work alongside Active or Retired Off-Duty-Police Officers
• Ever-changing conditions that move from quiet calm to extreme urgency in an instant
• A collaborative and rewarding team atmosphere of your peers
• Working in a retail store environment, officers will be visible in a store front
• To remain active, engaged, and moving

Schedule Options

• Day and Overnight shifts available
• 10-12-hour shifts
• Part Time and Full time shifts
• 7 Days a week availability
• Some Holidays at Holiday pay

Required Skills
Core Competencies:

• Security Basics: Ability to learn, retain and perform basic security functions;
• Communication: Ability to listen, share, modify information effectively amongst different stakeholder groups and in varying departments;
• Service Delivery: Ability to consistently demonstrate professional behavior that is responsive to the needs of the client;
• Risk Management: Ability to identify, educate, manage, and report security risks impacting service delivery;
• Leadership: Ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others.

Preferred Skills
Minimum 1 year security experience (Retail Prefered)
Required Experience
Active PILB guard license for the state of Nevada
