The A.C. Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a full-time UKG Ready HR Software Implementation Specialist role. This individual will work within the UKG Ready system to implement solutions that meet each customer's functional business requirements. Our ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of UKG Ready HR and specifically, Applicant Tracking, Leave of Absence, Scheduling, Performance Review, Custom Forms, Workflow, and Position Management.


This 100% remote role will NOT require travel, while offering a supportive, friendly team atmosphere and an excellent salary & benefits package with generous PTO.


  • Complying with industry regulations
  • Developing and configuring customized UKG Ready solutions
  • Documenting UKG Ready processes and preparing implementation progress updates
  • Keeping informed of the latest UKG Ready developments, upgrades, and offerings
  • Determining HR needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations
  • Providing UKG Ready end-user training and technical support
  • Providing assistance with customer Data Conversion


Required


  • Expert proficiency in Excel
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and enjoy working directly with client
  • Must have lead one (or more) successful software implementations including a "go live"
  • Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • 2 years' experience with UKG Ready
  • Ability to deliver software projects on budget and on time
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • Experience with UKG Ready Applicant Tracking, Leave of Absence, Scheduling, Performance Review, Custom Forms, Workflow, and Position Management
