Ui/Ux Developer (Remote Role)

As UX/UI Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Utilize software development best practices
• Strong customer service and customer relations skills with excellent communication skills
• Implement secure coding standards and practices
• Establish a consistent micro-frontend experience for users whose needs differ significantly from domain to domain
• Desire and ability to communicate and collaborate at a high level
• Design iteratively via wire frames, high-fidelity UI design, and rapid prototyping
• Strong understanding of data collections and data flow
• Able to identify and develop creative solutions to problems
• Other duties as assigned
• Be a strong user advocate while working with stakeholders and product owners to balance user requirements with business requirements
• Collaborate and communicate effectively in an agile environment
• Work as an integrated part of a Scrum team
• Make UI pattern and other updates to an established design system via Zeplin
• Contribute to the team in analysis, design, and testing within a Selenium framework.
• Create a reusable component library and develop W3c web components using technologies such as .NET, C#, CSS, Angular, React, and Azure

Requirements:

1. Functional Experience – 5+ years’ experience in component library architecture.
2. Functional Experience – 5+ years’ experience in reusable components, ADA compliance, site optimization, and other standard practices.
3. Functional Experience – 5+ years’ experience with CSS, Angular, Typescript, SCSS, Selenium, SpecFlow, Zeplin, and other technologies and tools.
4. Functional Experience – 3+ years’ experience using secure coding practices, Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, and implementation.
5. Agile/Scrum – Candidates must demonstrate experience in an agile product environment to include deep understanding and experience with agile.
6. Interpersonal Relationships – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well with others of all personality types while demonstrating problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks.
7. Communication – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate in verbal and written form with both technical and non-technical personnel.
8. Initiative – Candidates must demonstrate success as a self-starting, hardworking and inquisitive worker.
9. Teamwork – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
10. Degree – B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
