Take pride in your attention to detail as you proofread completed work, correcting spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors.
Efficiently manage and maintain our physical and digital document filing system, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
Embrace your role as an integral part of our team by performing general office duties, including copying, scanning, printing, and handling phone calls and emails.
Help us maintain a well-equipped workspace by monitoring and reporting any office supplies issues or requirements.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED.
Prior experience as a typist or data entry clerk is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates with a strong passion for accuracy and attention to detail.
A typing speed of 50-80 words per minute.
The ability to accurately type from dictation.
Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
A keen eye for detail, enabling you to spot spelling and grammar errors effectively.
Excellent vocabulary and a strong command of the English language.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective collaboration.
Familiarity with both paper and digital document filing systems.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
