Trip Coordinator Jobs

This is a remote position.
We are looking for an amazing Trip Coordinator to join our company, who is passionate about tour destinations. You will manage tour requirements made for business or leisure and you will provide tourism-related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding services to our customers and use your top sales techniques to help them discover incredible opportunities and experiences.
Responsibilities

• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• No Experience Necessary
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodation
• Plan and sell transportation, accommodation, insurance and other travel services
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees

Skills

• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• Social Media Marketing
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
