Travel Specialist Jobs

Expected pay range: $50,000 - $65,000

The Travel Specialist is responsible for assisting in the procurement of travel arrangements (flights, ground transportation, lodging, etc.) for company team members in an organized, timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

• Assists in making, managing, and organizing travel arrangements for Deployed Resources staff
• Assist staff who typically book their own travel with travel arrangements when needed.
• Complete expense reports
• Develop and update spreadsheets with travel information/costs

• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Business acumen
• Strong technology skills including MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Extremely organized and able to prioritize
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well with a diverse and remote leadership team

• Associate degree (or higher)
• 3 years’ experience arranging group or corporate travel

• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC)
• Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, credit check, and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of acceptance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS).
• Must possess a valid driver's license. Have/maintain a clean driving record.
