Pay Rate $56 per hour Evolve Healthcare seeks qualified RNFA candidates for a 12 week assignment t St John's Medical Center in Tulsa.
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities:

• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. Personal Protective Equipment:
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required Start: Immediate Upon Acceptance of Offer Shifts: 6:15-2:45PM 40 hrs RE: ASC-7295 Requirements
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Complexity of Work:

Candidates must have current licensure/certification and 2 yrs cardiac experience. ACLS BLSTNCC, NRP, NIH Cert Benefits Compensation: $2233.00 wk / $55.83 hr per 40 hr week (includes $1099 stipend. $28.35 hr base)
