The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, quick learner, can work independently and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications and must love travel.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange Travel - Businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings and more
• Coordinate scheduling - Based on packages that are booked
• Book Reservations - Travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, tours, excursions
• Organization - Provide and guide clients on documents needed for their specific traveling events
• Communicate policies and procedures - Go over all details with clients once booked

No experience required: WE PROVIDE TRAINING

But you must have the following:

• Positive, high-energy attitude
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. laptop, smartphones, etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Attention to detail
