Job Description
SummaryResponsibilities and Functions:
- Audit and process title & registration transactions in compliance with state standards. Assist with client communication as needed in regards to errors -and late work.
-Reach and maintain productivity goalsPerform Quality Control/Audits/Audit DMV paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete
- Data Entry
- Ability to provide excellent customer service via email, phone, & in person
- Maintain a high level of accuracy
- Retain knowledge and/or take notes
Qualifications:
- A high level of attention to detail and results driven
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service/focus
- Must pass DOJ/FBI background check
Qualifications (Preferred):
- 1 year of title experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
