Training Delivery/Support Coach

What you will do:

• Solicit and share training/coaching best practices and lessons learned.
• Manage training room and logistics during training delivery, including parking lot, exercise data, room setup, food, and attendance.
• Travel extensively (80% - 90% during the 2 months before and the 2 months after each deployment date)
• During hypercare, deliver refresher training (virtual or in-person)
• Facilitate in-person, role-based end user training.
• Using support materials, coach users after go-live to perform key job tasks.

What you will bring:

• 2+ years of experience required
• Knowledge of the Nutrien retail business, culture and people is a plus.
• Role-based system knowledge, end to end process (i.e., SAP, Digital Hub, NF, Ariba
• Change management (Prosci certification) a plus.
• Classroom facilitation
• Teaching and coaching abilities using training and support materials.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Salary Range: $64,000 – $88,000.This range is estimated for Training Delivery/Support Coach in Remote-US. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
