Trailer Mechanic 1St Shift

A. Duie Pyle is looking for a talented Trailer Mechanic to join our growing Fleet Maintenance Department at our York, PA shop.

1st Shift - 7:00AM start time, Monday through Friday

Up to $1,000 Annual Tool Allowance Reimbursement

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshooting and performing repairs to brakes, air ride systems, electrical components, suspension systems, etc.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance and repairs to Class 8 Trailers
• Inspecting and replacing general components as required

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

• Ability to work independently with a “can-do” attitude
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks or trailers
• Vocational or Technical Training in diesel or heavy-duty vehicle experience
• Willingness to learn and grow your abilities
• A complete set of hand tools for a heavy duty truck or trailer technician
