Empower travelers with relevant information, brochures, and publications, encompassing guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events, to enrich their journey.
Skillfully manage booking processes, securing transportation and hotel reservations, while ensuring prompt and accurate payment collections.
Employ innovative promotional techniques and craft enticing materials to showcase and sell captivating itinerary tour packages.
Address and resolve any arising issues, efficiently handling complaints or refund requests, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Remain at the forefront of tourism trends by actively participating in seminars and industry events.
Build robust networks with tour operators, fostering strong partnerships for enhanced service offerings.
Skills
