Efficiently manage booking processes, secure transportation and hotel reservations, and ensure timely payment collections.
Utilize creative promotional techniques to create compelling materials that highlight and promote captivating tour packages.
Address and resolve any issues that arise, handling complaints and refund requests to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on tourism trends by actively participating in seminars and industry events.
Foster strong partnerships with tour operators to expand service offerings.
