Responsibilities

• Identify areas of improvement and negotiate with stakeholders to implement changes
• Analyze/assess organization processes as needed for various initiatives and/or to identify opportunities to increase efficiency
• Facilitate meetings
• Collect requirements or user stories, meeting with stakeholders as needed
• Organize presentations
• Establish O365 documentation & update accordingly
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Support the implementation of solutions and analyze solution benefits
• Coordinate efforts to meet TMO and TMO customer needs
• Determine task priorities and ensure timely completion of deliverables

· Work with application and tool owners to establish and maintain owner documentation

· Build & maintain tools ecosystem site, collecting data as necessary

· Process documentation

· Interviewing stakeholders and conducting current state analysis where needed

· Attending regular meetings as required

Candidate Requirements

• Process, workflows, presentation & flowchart experience

· Comfortable working remotely both independently and as a team

• Firm knowledge of MS 0365 Suite, including SharePoint
• Solid understanding of Jira & Confluence
• Experience with PowerBI

· Experience with current state interviewing & analysis

· Self-starter, able to learn the org quickly, sharing best practices and thoughts/opinions

· Ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders as needed

· Ability to multi-task in a continuous improvement environment

· Understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks

· Understanding of various waterfall methodologies
