Job Description
Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy


2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience performing Pharmacist duties in a hospital or retail setting


Working knowledge of Pharmacy operations, information systems, and processes and policies in a hospital and retail setting


Knowledge of accounting, contracting, and regulatory compliance.


Strong communication, organization, and planning skills


Demonstrated leadership skills


Licensure, Registration, Certification


Current registry with the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy


Provides leadership to the Retail Pharmacy Services to deliver comprehensive, quality service. Assures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as accrediting organizations.
