ABOUT THE JOB

A world-leading Talent & Influencer Management Agency is currently looking for a Influencer Talent Agent to join their well-established team. With offices in UK, USA and Canada, this agency is globally established into the Talent & Influencers worlds. In this role you’ll be responsible for managing a roster of talent, whilst also ensuring that campaigns are produced in an innovative and engaging way, in order for the company to successively grow within the talent management industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively cast and outreach new talents to include in the agency’s roster.
• Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams in order to meet talents’ daily needs and agency’s overall targets.
• Manage the pitching and partnerships between talents, brands, and clients.
• Be responsible for the management of a roster of TikTok-focused talent.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly targets for talents and for the agency itself.
• Lead talents’ campaigns, rate, and agreements, ensuring the whole administration runs smoothly.
• Liaise with new and existing clients, expanding the agency’s network through long-term relationships.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional communications and organisation skills
• 2/3+ years of experience in talent/influencers/campaign management
• Self-starter, proactive individual – passionate about the social media/influencer worlds
