POSITION DESCRIPTION
Ideal candidate will work to ensure efficient and friendly ticket sales, with a focus on quality customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
.The ticket sales agent is primarily responsible for delivering quality information to guests and to facilitate the sale of Lift Tickets and Season Passes.
.Applicant should have a good working knowledge of the resort and surrounding community, all in an effort to satisfy and exceed guest expectations, while ensuring a world class ski resort experience.
.Responsible for daily sales and information on all Lee Canyon products.
.Perform accurate cash handling and follow proper departmental procedures as designated by management.
.Communicate in a pleasant and courteous manner to our guests and fellow employees.
.Maintain sufficient supplies and perform daily cleaning of sales office.
.Adhere to departmental and company written and verbal policies and procedures as designated by management.
.Resolve guest ticket problems.
.Perform returns under the guidance of the management team.
.When appropriate, handle guest concerns and suggestions.
.Identify personal strengths and weaknesses through self-assessment and ongoing feedback from management team.
.Participate in self-improvement/development programs.
.Cross-train and work in all areas and locations of Product Sales and Services.
.Individual must exhibit the ability to think on their feet and come up with solutions for everyday problems.
.Assist in all base area activities which may include cleaning and trash removal.
.Strict adherence to all State and Federal employment laws, Company Policies and Safety Standards.
.Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Full knowledge of all features of the product line- mountain biking equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Work holidays and weekends.
- Cash handling experience.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Ability to speak and communicate both written and verbal in English, bilingual is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic mountain biking terminology.
- Must be 18 years or older.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to work in a standing position for up to (8) hours.
- Must be able to work outside in temperatures below 32F degrees for up to 4 hours.
- Must have the ability to lift up to 35lbs and carry 50 yards.
