What we need for this job:

• Unlicensed or Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) who is eligible to obtain licensure within 12 months, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed PhD or PsyD
• Bilingual preferred
• Collaborative team member who is ready to jump in, support our clients and team
• Clinician will take a case load of approximately 50 clients.
• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field 3+ years experience in a clinical setting
• Natural curiosity, high emotional intelligence, collaboration, ability to lead groups

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ready to gain experience, apply your new learning, willingness to engage with our team
• Strong appetite and desire for learning
• Strong aptitude for technology, specifically with EHR systems
• Strong interpersonal skills, including working in a team approach that is collaborative, organized and client centered
