Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Must have TNA certificate before hired. Must be interested in becoming certified - with responsibility to provide direct nursing aid functions for residents receiving therapeutic and diagnostic services in Long Term Care - in accordance with accreditation standards, federal, state, and local regulations, organizational & departmental policies, and procedures & professional standards. Functions will ensure the safe and efficient provision of services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric resident populations. Refers unusual clinical problems to the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.
