Job Description

Conduct telephone interviews with randomly-selected respondents for the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) study, to help improve health programs throughout Illinois. Requirements include excellent communication skills, reliability/punctuality, and a clear speaking voice for telephone communication.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Weekend availability
  • 4 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Self-determined schedule

COVID-19 considerations:
Currently, masks are required at all Northern Illinois University locations.

Experience:

  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bilingual (Preferred)
