As a Telemarketer at FastWebsite, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses to promote our products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and establish connections with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to businesses and engage prospects in a professional manner.
Present and promote FastWebsite's products and services to potential clients.
Identify opportunities and generate leads through effective telemarketing techniques.
Follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and achieve collective goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident demeanor on the phone.
Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.
Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Previous telemarketing experience is a plus but not required.
