To join our growing team, we're looking for a real estate telemarketer. Prospecting new leads, conducting cold calls, creating relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate will be your responsibilities. $60,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs

• Making cold calls to homes that were recently on sale.
• Calling those that were "For Sale By Owner.

• At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
• Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
