Telecommunications Field Technician For Bakken Region

If you have Telecommunications and/or Oil & Gas Field Technician experience and know how to deliver exceptional customer experiences while installing communications wireless networking equipment at new customer sites or performing service calls including site moves, repairs, and preventative maintenance, iNet is looking for you!

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for qualified Telecommunication Field Technicians to join our team in North Dakota Bakken Region.

We can offer you the ability to earn up to $65,000 - $85,000 annually, with opportunities for advancement and increases as you grow your knowledge base. We provide the training and on-going support required for you to be successful.

What do you need to bring to the table?

• 3+ years of previous experience in telecommunications, wireless, basic internet industry, and/or electrical, telephone utilities.
• Ability to lift rig kit equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Military experience in a variety of communications or electronic systems preferred
• ComTrain Certification preferred
• Experience installing, pointing, and commissioning RF systems components such as LTE, wireless point to point or multipoint radios, VSAT or microwave systems

Pre-employment Conditions

• Ability to work primarily outdoors in an oil and gas environment in remote locations and drive to and from different job sites - company vehicle provided.
• Confirmation of a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, evenings, or participate in a shift rotation and on-call rotation when scheduled is required as is reliable and consistent attendance
• Completion of a Drug and Alcohol Screening Test
• Completion of a satisfactory Criminal and Employment Record Check
