  • This role is a part-time opportunity to join the Communication& OCM team within the client Technology& Global Services (TGS) organization, driving effective communications and change management initiatives to increase associate engagement and understanding of TGS’ strategy and initiatives.


About The Role


  • The part-time role of Technology& Global Services Communication Consultant will support the overall Communication& OCM team in developing necessary communications, presentations, and training materials for the projects and programs delivered by TGS on behalf of client functions, segments, and regions.
  • The role will work closely with the Sr. Manager, TGS Communication& OCM to support monthly newsletters, intranet site management and news updates.
  • This is a great opportunity for a seasoned communicator seeking flexibility with their schedule who has experience in digital and written media to collaborate with a creative team in driving consistent and engaging communications across the organization.


The Primary Responsibilities Will Include


  • Updating the TGS intranet site, as necessary
  • Supporting the Communication& OCM team across major initiatives and projects, as necessary
  • Drafting regular news articles highlighting the work of the TGS teams supporting BD’s major programs, services, and technology implementations
  • Creating visually engaging presentations, training materials, and other digital artifacts, as necessary
  • Monthly newsletter development and maintenance


Qualifications


  • The ideal candidate should have a combination of excellent written and oral communication skills, with an eye for design and familiarity with digital media content creation.


Additionally, The Candidate Should Also Possess


  • Familiarity of Adobe Creative Cloud platforms, including Photoshop, Premier Pro, and InDesign
  • High proficiency in AP Style guidelines
  • Highly collaborative work style, working effectively across all organizational levels
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts in a simplified manner
  • 5+ experience in business supporting corporate, IT, and/or security communication—internal communication experience is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in communication, journalism, change management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work quickly in turning around necessary materials
