As part of the business aligned Technology Risk team, you will be responsible for contributing to and implementing processes and controls that support State Street’s technology risk management and information security functions within Alpha and Charles River Development business functions.

Below Are The Primary Responsibilities Of This Position –

• Support the business with end-to-end issues management reporting and analysis and ensure tasks are completed timely based on issue life cycle according to the enterprise framework and policy.
• Provide governance and ongoing support to the business across the IT risk management activities – risk identification, risk assessment, risk measurement, risk mitigation and risk monitoring & reporting in accordance with corporate policies and applicable frameworks.
• Work collaboratively with the second and third lines of defense and other risk management functions across the organization and champion the day-to-day operations, continuous improvement and governance of the risk environment.
• Implement and monitor the development of management dashboard reporting to track progress of key deliverables as well as monitoring of KRIs/KPIs.
• Assist with developing and executing technology risk controls assessment programs; test and evaluate the evidence of the controls and identify any significant control deficiencies, work with the SMEs to identify and assess proposed remediation steps to adhere to those controls and address other assessment findings where necessary.
• Manages the preparation and coordination of external reviews, including audit events and/or regulatory examinations.
• Adhere to, advise, oversee, monitor and enforce enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to technology controls and information security activities.

Education & Qualifications

• Technical certifications preferred e.g. CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP
• Knowledge and experience working with cloud computing a plus
• Minimum 5-10 years of industry Risk and Control frameworks (COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Tools, Archer platform, Open Pages, Tableau, SharePoint
• Understanding of IT and risk environment
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field

Salary Range

$110,000 - $185,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
