Channel Dynamics is a boutique research firm and market intelligence platform used by leading hedge funds. We are a small cohesive team providing a select group of top institutional investor clients with differentiated, thoughtful, and compliant primary research.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for building out our Technology, Media, and Internet sector business, and creating a best-in-class TMT primary research product. You will lead a team of associates and will be responsible for developing the strategy and execution of the TMT sector. This will include report writing and content, recruiting initiatives for our proprietary network, associate training and business development efforts.

You'll spend time researching and mapping out different industries and sectors. You’ll speak with private company executives daily to understand relevant trends and themes from their perspectives. You’ll synthesize what you learn into reports consumed by our professional investment clientele.that include differentiated and actionable insights for our investor clients. You'll also help work on data and tech initiatives, build out our proprietary expert network, and manage relationships with existing clients.

What we're looking for

We want someone who is intellectually curious and wants to build an amazing product and business. Ideally, you'll have several years of experience and deep relationships across Wall Street. The role is great for an entrepreneurial individual, who feels comfortable writing and is passionate about markets and investing. We want to find someone that is a creative thinker, and a problem solver.
