This position will focus on ensuring Ford Pro customers have a positive experience with our charging solutions through the development of content. This position would be responsible for providing the technical content contained within marketing materials and published on the website. This would include but would not be limited to spec sheets, installation manuals, guides to special features, and videos.
Required
- Must be proactive and be able to use forward and critical thinking
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of professional technical experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical background and aptitude
- Ability to manage several projects and workload independently
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility
Desired
- Experience in electronics or electric vehicles/automotive

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure schedules are met and the various aspects of collateral, presentations, and other technical publication materials are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Assist in developing training materials contributing to the best user experience of our charging products.
- Organize and maintain technical publication library.
- Own continuous improvement of product support material impacting customer success and satisfaction.
- Development and ownership of customer focused product material living on website.
- Providing Product Catalog Tech Content (NA, UK, EU) including installation guides / manuals, spec sheets, etc.
- Coordinate with Ford Pro content and hardware team members to ensure asset version control and up-to-date publication maintenance.
