Job Description

Role: Technical Program Manager

Based: Boston area, MA

Salary: $dep on exp plus benefits and relocation assistance


Client

Our client is a well-established, growing battery business, who are transforming the lithium-ion cell manufacturing process and platforms for electric mobility, aerospace, and stationary power.


Due to considerable growth and new exciting projects, they require a Technical Program Manager to be responsible for managing internal and external global battery projects, defining the execution of projects, and supporting their external customers.


Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the company program and project management functions to closely track, identify, and solve issues within our internal and external projects
  • Own external partner project deliverables for all technical functions within the company including, Manufacturing, R&D, Product, Operations, Facility Design, Quality, and Supply Chain
  • Improve project visualization throughout the company for partner projects and internal projects
  • Organize bi-weekly executive reviews to address key achievements and issues across all internal and external projects


Requirements

The successful candidate is required to have a minimum of 2 years of li-ion battery industry experience along with 5+ years in technical project management, product engineering, manufacturing, or quality.


Additionally, should be able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and maintain attention to detail as well as deliver on-time results with strong leadership abilities.
