We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst with the Global Partnership Solutions (GPS) Department. This position will be responsible for supporting the execution, delivery, and sustainment of partner technology integrations in-venue and across the larger Suns Legacy Partners technology ecosystem.
Responsible for translating standard and complex and varied business needs into Fallon Health configuration rules. To be successful, must possess technical expertise of the required operational phases of the business systems and analysis skills to translate the information accurately. Business acumen is essential to fully understand the implications of the configuration role on other interrelated businesses related to benefits and provider contracts.

What Will You Do
  • Work closely with innovation partners and internal teams to ensure that contracted technology deliverables are properly road mapped, scheduled, and delivered
  • Document complex business processes across multiple inter-related systems, serving as a liaison to Arena Operations, BI, Finance, IT, Digital, and other key stakeholder teams
  • Create project documentation to communicate requirements to internal and external parties
  • Provide support to applications in production by tracking and troubleshooting problems, ensuring continued and efficient operation of applications in production
  • Communicate effectively in non-technical terms with staff to help solve business problems
  • Collaborate with the IT team to determine and develop business requirements documents, detailed analysis documents, test plans, and necessary project documentation, as required
What We Need From Our Technical Business Analyst
  • Demonstrates the desire and ability to develop new skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability
  • Excellent documentation skills, including building test plans and leading UAT
  • Highly organized problem solver with understanding of system capabilities and business need; deep knowledge of systems at hand
  • Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive decision making quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences ensuring that project goals and objectives are clear to key stakeholders
  • Ability to break down complex projects into manageable timelines
  • Ability to provide clear requirements and phases to achieve overall project success
Experience/ Education Requirements
  • Experience with POS integration, payment systems, mobile app integrations
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, Technology, or related field.
  • Extensive experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, JIRA, Wrike, etc.
  • Candidates with professional certification in Agile development (Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) are preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple demands - must be able to balance multiple priorities i.e., contractual deliverables, internal workflows & processes, business reviews & recaps, etc.
  • Quick learner who can act as an advocate
  • Systems thinking – must understand systems, people, and the impact of business changes particularly as they affect internal and external business partners
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Visio or other graphical flow chart programs
  • Strong communication skills (formal and informal, written and verbal)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analysis, solutions development, creating business requirements, documenting process flows, and delivering business capabilities
  • Proficiency in data visualizations and dashboards
  • Experience with next generation architectural concepts, including Integrations, process automation, low-no-code, etc.
