What you will be doing:

• Creation of and adherence to documentation for traceability and audit
• Capture the Business and or Financial Impact, using reporting to track effectiveness
• Understand business drivers that will impact performance
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and create end-to-end process recommendations
• Oversee and fix any defects or performance problems discovered during the lifecycle of delivered automations
• Understand business drivers that will impact performance
• UiPath RPA development and platform administration
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to production support staff, including key integration points between systems
• Design, develop, and maintain automation assets that increase the functional capacity of business users, business platforms including SAP S4/HANA
• Understand and document business requirements through partnerships with business process owners
• Build organizational capability through continuous improvement activities; originate action to improve existing conditions and processes; identify improvement opportunities, generate ideas, and implement solutions
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for configuration changes
• Define the technical framework of automation projects

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• 2+ yrs. of UiPath development and Orchestrator administration experience
• 2+ yrs. SAP S/4 HANA experience
• Expert-level MS Excel Proficiency
• Experience authoring solutions to business problems using a scripting language
• 5+ yrs. of technical business process automation experience
• Experience developing and deploying assisted and unassisted RPA robots
