Location:
Remote but candidate has to work on PST time zone.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Colorado, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands

This position will work closely with the VP of Engineering and his Senior leadership team. You will either set or be deeply involved in execution of strategy around People (hiring, growth, career development, organization health), Process (engineering excellence, execution rhythm, quality, developer productivity) and Product related initiatives.
Your experience should include...
- Ability to think strategically, see patterns and relationships in information and events, anticipate trends and possibilities that may lead to new business opportunities and effectively respond with bias for action will be a success factor.
- 15+ years of deep technical experience that allows you to quickly spot improvements.
- 10+ years of hands-on full life cycle software engineering experience is required
- Solid understanding of Data Quality, Governance, Lineage, Metadata Management, semantic data store, Analytics, Data Ingestion/Acquisition/Prep technologies
- You are passionate for all three (People, Process & Product), have a can-do attitude, can roll up sleeves to get the job done and gravitate towards wearing multiple hats.
- Master’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
- High energy, strong sense of ownership and dealing with ambiguity. You are a champion of teamwork, trust & partnership.
- 5+ years of technical program or product management is a must
- Data Science and Machine Learning experience is a bonus.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues to multiple organizational levels.
- Experience with data at scale, platforms, AWS ecosystem will be preferred
