OC Aerial is a new, indoor Adventure Park in Durham, NC that includes a high ropes course, ninja/obstacle course, zip line, rock climbing wall, bouldering and more.

We are looking for highly motivated people that want to make an impact in people’s lives by helping them see they can do things they didn't think possible, like jumping off a 30-foot-high platform to catch a swinging bag! Our team members must be:

Positions needed:
Full-time and Part-time
-Route Setter
-Climbing Instructor

-Floor safe

Other Requirements:
-Must be able to drive and hold a valid driver’s license
-Must pass a background check and drug test
-Must be willing to work at heights

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Durham, NC 27705: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Climbing or "work at heights": 1 year (Preferred)
