FOH:

Job duties include but not limited to:

· Providing great guest service

· Cash handling

· Setting up and breaking down the restaurant

· Training to learn the skill set

· Bussing tables and general restaurant cleaning

· Most of all- having fun interacting with guests and employees alike!

BOH:

Job duties include but not limited to:

· Prepare and prep food according to recipes

· Properly store and rotate food

· Organize food storage and kitchen equipment

· Consult with management to organize the execution of caterings

· Season and cook food according to recipes

· Ensure the appropriate presentation and quality of dishes is be served
