Team Member - Cashier And Cook

The co-founder, Dave, a chef trained in Thomas Keller's Bouchon restaurant organization came up with a simple process: take the best quality chicken, prepare the chicken in a proprietary brine, and after deep frying; top the most tender chicken in the world with one of seven signature spice blends.

Our Cashier position is responsible for the following tasks:

- Taking orders from the guest creating the experience

- Bagging or assembling the order in the window and presenting to the guest while maintaining the experience

- Dining room maintenance including restrooms, patio and drink station

- Primary and Secondary duties scheduled for each employee

Our Cook position is resposible for the following:

- Preparation of our chicken tenders from fryer to the window

- Prep of chicken tenders, kale slaw, mac and cheese and cheese sauce

- Cleanliness and following procedures including Hot Walks, Primary and Secondary duties

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
