Job Description
Team Lead Needed for Eye Glasses Warehouse in the Freeport Center!


Shift: 2:30PM - 11:00PM


Schedule: Monday - Friday with overtime on Saturday's


Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 an hour depending on leadership experience

Team Lead Details


  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • Weekend work required
  • Second Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm )
  • $ 17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available


Team Lead is responsible for setting and achieving daily production goals, troubleshooting machines, motivating staff members and working closely with the supervisor to ensure the production floor is running smoothly.


  • Creates quality prescription eyewear by following manufacturing guidelines and quality metrics
  • Works hand and hand with supervisor to oversee team of 6-7 on the production floor.
  • Team Lead demonstrates safe work practices including the wearing of personal protective equipment while in production area.
  • Produce quality eyewear through correct processes.


Team Lead Qualifications


  • Strong inter-personal skills (friendly, caring, patient)
  • Strong communicator and listener
  • Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work required overtime
  • 1-2 Years of Team Lead Experience
  • Problem solving skills
