What you bring as a Team Member: Teachers All Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system. Lead Teachers will also oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director. We support the career growth of our employees. Those team members that is interested in traveling between schools as a Floating Teacher will also have 4 days work week and additional travel pay! You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. As a full-time floater you will travel between local schools on short notice to assist where needed in classrooms. Your expectations as a teacher will not vary but you will be able to bring your passion, knowledge, and support to multiple schools as one of our floating teachers! PART TIME/SUBSTITUTE/ON CALL POSITIONS WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY AND CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE We are looking for experienced teachers to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. Our affectionate and nurturing staff ensure that our children are instilled with the knowledge to succeed. We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of children as we are. Scheduling: We only operate Monday-Friday with typical centers hours between 7am-4pm. Whether you’re looking for a true part-time role with 15hrs or more per week or just want to be on-call we have the flexibility you need.
What you bring as a Team Member: All Substitutes are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children with the oversight of a senior team member. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using the provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. Requirements: Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED in most states.
