Talent Marketing Manager (Open to Remote)


PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Manage and drive awareness of our employment brand in the market to attract interested candidates and drive top-of-funnel applicants. Talent marketing manager will be responsible for executing talent marketing campaigns and will operate in a fast-paced, agency-like environment.


Essential Responsiblities May Include


  • Collaborate with talent acquisition, business and marcomm stakeholders to align on strategic opportunities in order to execute.
  • Provide creative support for recruiting events.
  • Partner with data and analytics team to track, measure and report on campaign results and create monthly reports on key talent marketing metrics.
  • Plan and manage talent marketing campaigns across social media and other marcomm channels.
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.
  • Frequently generate and publish a mix of existing and new content (text, images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages the audience to act.
  • Monitor company Glassdoor page and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers.
  • Create campaign calendars for both employment brand and specific top talent roles.
  • Collaborate with digital manager, marcomm creative team and copywriters to develop assets for audience consumption.
  • Research marketing and advertising and social media trends and best practices relevant to talent marketing.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the intricacies of the Sedgwick business to be able to thoughtfully create engaging talent marketing campaigns.


Qualifications


  • Six (6) years of marketing agency experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands on experience with social media platforms or proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates’ selection methods.
  • Knowledge of social analytics tools.
