Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Works with PM and Project Control to develop ROMs for new positions and provides weekly updates for open and filled positions.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Plans and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Supports PM with forecasting manpower and resource needs.
- Track, compile, and complete contract deliverables to ensure submission to the customer in a timely manner.
- Ensures candidates meet experience requirements and education levels as stated in the labor category contract requirements and completed Labor Category Verification forms.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Supports PM with tracking, reporting, and communicating budget and schedule data.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Knowledge of federal contracts (PWS/SOW/PRS/CDRLS/LCATs/etc.)
- Technical recruiting experience is required.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Provides weekly updates to Leadership on contract status.
- Experience supporting DOD federal contracts.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
