Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • This is an opportunity to work closely with different leaders in HR to identify use cases and gather requirements, then apply advanced Tableau skills to design, build, deliver, and maintain a suite of dashboards.
  • The People Analytics team at BILL is looking for a Tableau developer to help build the data and reporting foundation for HR.


What You'll Do:

  • Create database views needed to support dashboards
  • Design, build, deliver and maintain a suite of Tableau dashboards
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data
  • Join data across multiple HR systems
  • Conduct thorough QA to ensure high quality solutions


Requirements:

  • Advanced Tableau skills, including data blending, LOD expresssions, and advanced calculations
  • Domain expertise in HR is highly valued, particularly experience working with data from HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse
  • Fluency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred but not required
  • 5+ years Tableau experience
