Tableau Data Specialist (Workday)

LevelUp Squared is seeking a Tableau Data Specialist with a strong background pulling data from multiple resources, including Service Now, Workday, or Salesforce. You will also have an in-depth understanding of internal business data that can be taken from an existing system (source) and rebuilt in Tableau. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in Data Analytics and Visualization experience with Tableau. In this role you will have the opportunity to use your technical data/tableau background, while also working in a functional capacity where you articulate your data to the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up data tables, utilizing bridge and knowing how integrations work (from a basic level).
• Confidently, efficiently, and properly document builds/reports, and articulate to the business what's been built and the "why" behind it
• Comfortable leading calls, meeting with stakeholders, and understanding company jargon.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience building reports.
• Understanding of setting up data tables, utilizing bridge, and knowing how integrations work.
• Experience migrating data from an existing system and rebuilt into Tableau.
• Experience articulating to the business what's been built and the why behind it
• Experience pulling data from multiple sources, to include Workday, Service Now, or Salesforce.
• Understanding of HR/Fin/business data.
