Systems: Data Center Engineer (New Jersey)

You’ll work on all areas of our data center operation as part of our existing team to rack, install, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and networking equipment, and install and troubleshoot copper and fiber cables. Additional responsibilities will include shipping, receiving, and inventory control of our installed technology, spare parts, and cables. You’ll work closely with globally based teams and/or vendors to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and non-technical issues.

• Experienced candidates with recent data center exposure are encouraged to apply.
• The position requires some flexibility in working hours (some evenings and weekends), along with reliable transportation.
• Some experience in project management or program management is beneficial but not required.
• Proven attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required, as the role requires identifying and resolving a variety of issues.
• The expected annual base salary for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, a relocation bonus, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
• Some hands-on work experience in technology is desired; previous data center exposure is a plus.
