Opportunity To Execute And Improve The Following Areas
  • Reset credentials for email, computers, ERP systems, and other applications for companies’ online security.
  • Perform set-up and deploy computers for users and new employees.
  • Assist users both on-site and via remote connections.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • The right candidate must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner through in-person conversation, phone calls, email, virtual meetings, and instant messaging.
  • Execute investigations by asking open ended, qualifying questions to identify and resolve internal end user needs.
  • Travel between company sites for end-user support and roll-out of IT initiatives required.
  • Maintain computer hardware and software installed, modified, and repair equipment as needed.
  • Contact and work with outside vendors for service.
  • Order and maintain supplies as needed for production.
  • Efficiently field and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate team member for future resolution.
  • In this role the successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of Active Directory experience
  • After hours support
  • Ability to work closely with others in a team environment and independently
  • Experience using Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • At least 1 year of Windows Operating System experience
  • Experience managing incidents including business expectations and communication, maintaining Service-Level Agreement (SLA) compliance
  • Experience using ticketing systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
